But today we weren't "livin on a prayer." We were busy contemplating building an ark! It has been pretty consitently downpouring from Monday night thru Tuesday and into Wednesday evening. With the weather and our schedules, we are forced to alter our schedules.
For the rest of the week we will do our short runs on Thursday and Saturday with a rest day on Friday (I work Friday evening) and a bike ride on Sunday.
